PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS TOURISM IN CONDITIONS OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

Abstract
Business tourism in Ukraine till the last time has been in deep hibernation mode. That’s because investment climate in Ukraine has no given any guarantees for entrepreneurship. But signin the Association Agreement with European Union has become a push for development of Ukrainian business and business tourism development as well. The aim of this research is to determine of role of business tourism and its influence on tourist business development in Ukraine, in conditions of Euro integration. Ukraine in conditions of Euro integration process is passing through important stage in its modern history. Integration processes today are essentially influence on development of our country. Euro integration is the main and unchangeable foreign policy priority of Ukraine, and also one of the demands of the Revolution of dignity. Eurointegration for Ukraine is the path of economy modernization, the overcoming technological backwardness, the engagement of foreign investments and new technologies, the increase of enterprises competitiveness of production and service sectors, the way to world markets, esspecialy on the EU market. Modern Euro integration processes in Ukraine help to intensive tourism development, in particular business tourism. Business tourism is a popular direction of modern tourism, which inludes the trips of companies personnel with business aim. The organisation of corporate events and other actions which are related to business meetings. Today mostly there is a tendency today for business trips demand increase. Business tourism in Ukraine starts to remind separate economy sector, actually such growth exists thanks to Business Travel Association of Ukraine, the main aim of which is the unity of Ukrainian business tourism market and MICE. Important role in Ukraine business tourism development belongs to international exhibitions and fairs, in particular here we can mention annually exhibition-fair “TourEXPO” – remarkable event in tourism business in Western Ukraine. Companies personnel participation in conferences and symposiums, experience and ideas exchange will allow to create comfort environment as well in local business centers and in whole Ukraine in general. And the main task of the business tourism participants in these conditions will be – the creation and provision of quality services to meet the most demanding needs of business travelers.
