Abstract

Podstawowa treść artykułu i wysnute zeń wnioski (dotyczące prospołecznych mechanizmów zarządzania organizacjami w celu zapobiegania patologii mobbingu) wyrosły na doświadczeniu kliniczną i naukową eksploracją fenomenu mobbingu w miejscu pracy (dwie serie badań: 2006 N = 347 i 2007/8 N = 465).
