PROTECTION OF PROPERTY RIGHTS OF DEPOSITORS OF INSOLVENT BANKS ON CASH IN FOREIGN CURRENCY

Abstract
The article devoted to the research legal nature of the relationship on cash in foreign currency, which made of the depositor to the account by the contract of bank deposit. Legal regulation and depositor compensation mechanism by the contract of bank deposit in foreign currency in case of recognition of the bank insolvent and the liquidation them by the Deposit Guarantee Fund of individuals. It is propose amendments to existing legislation which adjust the system of guaranteeing deposits of individuals in terms of protecting the rights of depositors of insolvent banks.
