PROVIDING OF FUNDAMENTALIZATION OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS WITH INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract
The fundamentalization of professional training in accordance with the updating of content of educational disciplines, scientific – methodological support and modern innovative technologies is actualized in the article. The didactic means as an important resource for the implementation of educational activities, that structurally organize all educational components, are established and the complex and scientific approaches to their use are emphasized on. The general conditions of effective provision of the fundamentalization of education with means of innovative technologies, without which the formation of the future social worker cannot be avoided, are singled out. The modern means of innovative technologies are described and their directions to the motivational, activity and technological – managerial components of the fundamentalization of professional education are considered. Proceeding from this, the conclusion about the effective influence of innovative technologies during the fundamentalization of educational preparation on the future personal and professional growth of a social worker was made.
