PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF IMPLEMENTATION A TECHNOLOGY OF FORMATION THE MANAGERIAL CULTURE BY FUTURE MASTERS OF MANAGEMENT IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION

Abstract
The analysis of results according to the experiment with the introduction of pedagogical technology of formation the managerial culture by future masters of management has been presented. Masters obtained positive changes in accordance with cognitive, personal and creative, and also technological criteria have been outlined. The effectiveness of the educational process for the formation of managerial culture has been proved: updating the contents of educational disciplines, opening competencies centers, conducting business games, seminars, trainings, etc.
