INTERACTIVE-COMMUNICATIVE METHOD FOR FORMATION OF READINESS OF FUTURE ENGINEERED AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY TO PROFESSIONAL SELF-REALIZATION

Abstract
Scientific approaches are analyzed and the author’s definition of the concept “readiness of future engineers for professional self-realization” is given. The pedagogical significance and the composite interactive and communicative ways of forming future engineers of the automobile industry to professional fulfillment are revealed. Examples of the organization of communicative interaction between students and teachers at the automated level are given.
