NEW UKRAINIAN SCHOOL – FORMING COMPETENTAL APPROACH AND HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT IN A GENERAL EDUCATION INSTITUTE

Abstract
The article considers the importance of developing a competent approach tъ health promotion. A stipulated set of system measures tlat provide a health-saving educational environment for all subjects of the educational process. For this purpose, it is necessary tо unite the join efforts of teachers, parents, medical workers in order to organize the process of education and education, as well as conditions for the preservation and strengthening of students’ health. Formation of the value of health and healthy life styles needs to increase the professional competence and pedagogical skills of teachers. Managing the process requires awareness of the educational process in the institution, the creation of preventive thinking among participants in the educational process.
