COMPETENTLY APPROACH TO PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION FOR FUTURE TEACHERS OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The role and significance of the processes of acquiring vocational and pedagogical competence of teachers of higher technical educational institutions are revealed, precisely with the use of a systematic approach, when education appears as a sphere of their system training during the educational process. The system approach ensures the integrity of the educational process and allows us to consider the process of formation of teachers’ professional and pedagogical competence as a system of interconnected structural components, which are closely interconnected and provide an opportunity to predict the process of vocational and pedagogical competence taking into account the requirements of society. The essence of professional training of teachers as a holistic pedagogical process, aimed at forming their professional and pedagogical competence on the basis of interdependence with the professional environment, as well as the peculiarities of the functioning of the higher educational institutions, in which their preparation for professional activity is carried out, is found out.
