SUBSTANTIAL COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL-PEDAGOGICAL TRAINING OF PHYSICS TEACHERS IN THE CONTEXT OF RATING EVALUATION OF THE ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Abstract

The publication covers the content of the field of professional and pedagogical activity of physics teachers on the introduction and use of the rating evaluation system for the academic achievements of high school students in modern conditions. The relevance of the problem of applying innovative pedagogical technologies that contribute to the objectivity of revealing the level of knowledge and skills of young people in the educational process of a modern school is proved. The basic concepts of the research have been clarified and the structure of the content component of the professional-pedagogical activity of physics teachers has been clarified on the basis of rating control. Identified and characterized the main groups of knowledge that encourage teachers to use the rating in their professional and pedagogical activities. The ways and directions of their further research among experts of this branch are determined.
