PROVIDING VALUES FOR STAKEHOLDERS OF PROJECTS: METHODICAL APPROACHES AND ANALYSIS OF PRACTICE

Abstract
The article defines the characteristic components of the valuable expectations of representatives of stakeholders in the process of project planning and management. The algorithm of formation of the total value of the enterprise is presented: from the individual characteristics of employees to the general manifestation of the value expectations of the whole enterprise, as well as the impact on the provision of value in the future for the customer, environment and society. The state and the opportunity to provide value expectations for enterprise employees on project management practices among five representatives of the Ukrainian business in the context of projects in the field of providing electricity services are analyzed. Identified problem areas and proposed ways to implement them.
