ПСИХОФІЗИЧНА ПІДГОТОВКА СТУДЕНТІВ ІНЖЕНЕРНИХ СПЕЦІАЛЬНОСТЕЙ У ПРОЦЕСІ ФІЗИЧНОГО ВИХОВАННЯ

Abstract
An analysis of the current state of physical education in institutions of higher education shows the necessary of its improvement in the direction of increasing the training of students for professional activities. At the same time, the problem of formation (development) in the process of physical education psychophysical and psychological components that characterize the readiness of the future specialist to professional activity, is not developed enough. The purpose of the research is to scientifically substantiate and develop theoretical and methodological bases of psychophysical training of students of engineering specialties in the process of physical education in order to increase the level of readiness for professional activity. The basics of psychophysical training of students of engineering specialties in the process of physical education are developed, which allows to significantly increase its positive impact on the general level of preparedness of future specialists for professional activity. In this context, for the first time: The concept of psychophysical training of students of institutions of higher education of railway transport, which is aimed at increasing the readiness of students for professional activity, is scientifically substantiated and developed for the firsttime. Structural elements of the concept are: preconditions, goals, tasks, principles, directions of influence to the field of psychophysical preparedness, organizational and pedagogical conditions, stages of implementation, defined components of readiness and criteria of effectiveness/ A significant positive influence of psychophysical training on has been proved the formation of a number of professionally significant personality traits (emotional stability, high standards of behavior, self-confidence, high self-control, adequacy of selfesteem), adaptive and relatively adaptive cognitive and behavioral coping strategies.
