PSYCHOLOGICAL AHD EDUCATIONAL PROBLEMS OF INTEGRATION OF HIGHER TECHNICAL INSTITUTIONS OF UKRAINE IN THE EUROPEAN EDUCATIONAL SPACE

Abstract
The article highlights recent psychological and pedagogical problems of integration of technical educational institutions of Ukraine into the European educational space. One of the key problems identified is the problem of psychological readiness of the teaching staff which appears in internal motivation orientation, level of consciousness, psychological and pedagogical skills, skills and ability to adapt to the new requirements of higher education. During theoretical and experimental study conclusions on the need for reform and modernization of higher technical education were made. In this context, conditions facilitating integration of higher technical education of Ukraine into the European educational space are defined. The author defines the development of guidelines on management and organization of educational process and formation of students’ readiness to new learning environments and development of personal responsibility for their study as the first priority step of integration of higher technical education of Ukraine into the European educational space.
