PSYCHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF IDEAS ABOUT HAPPINESS AND ITS EXPERIENCES OF ADOLESCENCE

Abstract
The phenomenon of happiness is not sufficiently studied in psychology. It is very difficult to investigate. Scientists do not even have a common idea of what to consider happiness. Different scientific sources formulate the definition of happiness in different ways: determine the aspect of human satisfaction with life, a sense of completeness of existence, a sense of all-encompassing joy, the highest internal rate of occurrence of this experience. Scientists are looking for methods and techniques to determine the level of happiness, there are developing experiments to study this feeling. There is a specific feature of happiness as a subject of study. The specificity of the study is that for happiness as if there are no frames, it is always new, unexpected, unique, it is in constant motion, becoming and updated as a state and as a dynamic construct. Psychology of happiness studied in positive psychology and other fields of science. It is examined the processes of youths experiencing happiness in the article. It analyzed idea of happiness and its relationship with extraversion. The author reviews the results of empirical and theoretical studies of the phenomenon in psychology and other science. It was found that when young men and women are happy, they usually tend to share their happiness with others. Most of them brought the happiness of love. According to the studies of young people, happy people differ from unlucky people that they express positive emotions and look as optimistic and behave like confident people. Most of the young people said if they come to their happiness, they must fight, be active, go to happiness, win it. The hypothesis that happier youths have a high level of confidence is not confirmed. It was found that the level of «fullness» of life happiness boys are not related to the level of extraversion. And introverts may have a feeling of filling life with happiness, feeling happy. Tangible benefits is not crucial for the feelings young men themselves happy people. Happiness for young people is very positive and bright feeling. The most common category luck associations with pink, yellow and green colors. Young men do not hide the happiness of others. When they are happy, they usually tend to share their happiness with others.
