PSYCHOLOGICAL AND ACMEOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL CULTURE OF THE FUTURE PEDAGOGUE OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract
The article deals with the concept of professional culture in pedagogy and psychology. The peculiarities of different models of professional culture of the future teacher of the institution of higher education are analyzed. The professional formation of the teacher is considered in three psychological and pedagogical aspects: the formation of the future teacher as a person and a professional, the formation of professional pedagogical activity, the formation of professional pedagogical thinking. The basic psychological and acmeological components of the professional and personal formation of the future teacher of the institution of higher education, internal and external determinants, contradictions and conflicting tendencies of his professional formation during studying are determined. It is shown that the activity aspect of professional formation of a teacher is connected with the development of his abilities, professional knowledge, skills and abilities, professional skills, professional competences, the style of professional pedagogical activity and professional (pedagogical) thinking. The psychological mechanisms of professional culture of the future teacher of higher education institution, acmeological criteria for its assessment, as well as personal, activity and subject mechanisms of professional formation of a student – the future teacher of a higher education establishment are considered.
