Psychological conceptions in management

Abstract
This article describes general’s principles of adaptation psychological ideas in management. It presents why psychology is very popular and how to use psychological conceptions. It also shows where we can use psychology in human resource management. Organizational psychology and psychology of management applies the principles of psychology into area of people’s work. They use knowledge of psychology about personality, emotion, human behavior, groups, motivation, stress, etc. This article gives characteristics of a few pseudonym psychological conceptions like fable of men’s and women’s communication, fable of projective tests etc.
