Psychological features of coping strategies of spouses during the adaptation crisis

Abstract
The article analyzes and presents the main theoretical approaches to coping strategies in crisis situations. The peculiarities, stages and causes of the adaptation crisis of spouses are indicated. Depending on how effective family adaptation is, we can talk about the stability of a young marriage. According to the situation and personal qualities of people, certain coping strategies will be shown. The results of the empirical study of the features of the coping strategies of the spouses during the adaptation crisis are given.
