PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF CREATIVITY OF THE IDENTITY OF STUDENTS OF DEFEKTOLOGY FACULTY

Abstract

The research is devoted to the empirical study of psychological peculiarities of personality’s creativity of students of the speech therapy faculty. The regularities of manifestation of psychical phenomena of emotional, motivational and volitional sphere in the structure of personality’s creativity in late adolescence are defined, preconditions of consideration of creativity as the multidimensional psychical phenomena of personal nature are represented. The high focus of a student’s personality on the creativity and the need to act actively and to succeed in something have a positive effect on his or her creativity. The directiity of an individual in late adolescence on life values, the communication and dominance in their future careers of external negative motives slow down the disclosure of creative potential. The positive statistically significant relationships between the originality by Mednick and the social self&control are founded; betweenthe uniqueness by Mednick and the social self&control; between the emotional index of creativity by the author’s methodology and the social self&control; between the integral indicator of creativity by the author’s methodology and the social self&control; betweenthe index of originality by Torrance and the social self&control; between the index of elaboration by Torrance and the social self&control. The results of the research have the following conclusions: in the examined structure of personal indexes of students’ creativity of the speech therapy faculty are stated that psychical phenomena of emotional and motivational sphere play the leading role, such as the indexes of intellectual, communicative and general emotionality, creative activity, activity orientation, internal motivation of future professional activity, directivity on active steps to success; the sufficient signs of statistically significant differences between average meanings & of selected indicators of creativity based on sexual identity of students representatives of the speech therapy faculty are not founded.
