Psychological features of cultural and personality implementation factor in management of modern organization

Abstract
Analyses of the structural and personalist approaches in sociological interpretations were considered largely in a strictly theoretical context, as opposite ways of management problem interpretations. Further development of the organization and management makes it possible to assert that the real manual are available both trends, but are significantly transformed. On the one hand, we have the obvious management “mcdonaldization” [3, p. 56-60], which provides the deliberate intensive crowding out personal and subjective from all production sites. The labor process is revealed as a pre-designed technology of action that does not allow any deviation from the planned standard; improvisation threatens the labor productivity and efficiency of the organization activity. It is to this actual problem our article is dedicated to. It remains unclear and few conceptualized questions about far as it is adequately in relation to achieving the more diverse goals of activity. Analysis of the evolution of organizations and management technology shows, that the problem of correlation between structural and personal factors management, has not yet found its final and comprehensive solution. Remained unexplored, including aspects such as personal profile of individual manager, the specificity of socialization, the value of individual charisma in the management process, objective criteria for selection and breeding the management corpus, the role of interpersonal conflicts in the overall functioning of the organization, the relationship between personal profile and type of leadership. Noteworthy also the influence of personal factors on decisions and organize of their implementation. The particular importance is the study of the personality role in organizations of various types, including economic, political, cultural and educational. It is found the connection between the personal factor management with such factors of organization activity as social, psychological and cultural environment of its activities, group and gender structure, the mechanisms of management composition and performers socialization, the remoteness – closeness to the central type of organization, type of administration, form of integration staff, performance criteria and mechanisms of reward and involvement of the (assimilation) employees.
