Psychological resources of intern doctors in war time

Abstract
More than 260 anonymous questionnaires of medical interns in the specialty "Anesthesiology and intensive care" and "Pediatric anesthesiology" were analyzed in order to determine the psychological resourcefulness of the personality of postgraduate study subjects. The vast majority of respondents showed an average overall level of psychological resourcefulness of an individual, and the final characteristic almost reached its upper limit. The indicator of "faith in good" initially occupied the lowest position, and after the full-scale military aggression, it significantly decreased. At the same time, the components of psychological resourcefulness "responsibility", "self-realization in the profession" and "helping others" during military operations are progressively increasing. The study of the psychological resourcefulness of anesthesiologist interns as an integral characteristic of the personality and a wide range of its psychological determinants is an actual direction of modern medical psychology, which should become the basis for the creation of practical programs of psychological support of professional training and professional medical activities in wartime.
