PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING OF THE FORMATION OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS’ PROFESSIONALLY IMPORTANT PERSONALITY TRAITS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of theoretical foundation and elaboration of the psychological training the formation of the social workers’ professional personality traits during vocational education. The subject matter of psychological training application for development of professional skills and professionally important personal qualities are defined. The key components of social workers’ personally-professional competence and their meaningful characteristics are analyzed. The training program, the goal, structure and content of the group training sessions on improvement social worker’s professionally important qualities of personality were developed. It is alleged that the developed psychological training can set the scene of the professional direction, personality development and subjectivity of future social workers
