PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OF THE UKRAINIAN GAS EXTRACTION INDUSTRY

Abstract
Was disclosed the concept of the public administration system of the gas production industry of Ukraine. It a normatively formed non-exhaustive list of subjects authorized by the administrative norm, whose powers are directly or indirectly aimed at settling relations in the field of gas production and ensuring the basic principles for the implementation of such activities. Its composition is formed by two groups ofrepresentatives: general (representatives of management of the society) and special (representatives of management of the oil and gas industry, including the branch of gas production and provision of administrative and service services within them).
