PUBLIC AND LEGAL OF ENSURING OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC SECURITY OF UKRAINE AS A SCIENTIFIC DIRECTION

Abstract
It is noted that the overwhelming majority of the global processes, which constitute the new ways of communication and activity, including the ones, which concern the provision of social and economic security, allows the formation and legalization of new relations, as well as institutions in the system of state administration in this field. It was substantiated that the provision of social and economic security of the state, specifically Ukraine, must be carried out with the help of the systematic determination of the challenges to it within a separate scientific direction.
