Abstract
The article examines the experience of applying organisational technologies at centres of extra curriculum education. An effort is put into identifying techniques of effective management and functionality of creativity development centres for children of younger age. Principles of modern management culture are being analysed within the framework of educational and social-cultural processes. The necessity of introducing innovative educational technologies and management into extra curriculum centres are being rationalised.
