Quality management system effects assessment

Abstract
The main object of the article is to present the most important problems connected with the functioning of quality management systems in the enterprises especially the effects of a quality management system possession. The work shows the management system as one of the way of instruments to control a functioning and a development of an organisation. The article also comprises problems connected with quality management systems and kinds of the systems. Thanks to the research conducted in the 520 enterprises of the middle-Pomeranian region in Poland the author has identified and valuated the effects of implementation of quality management systems. The research shows the positive impact on the improvement of the company quality, repeatability, competitiveness, clients, employees and other aspects of the organization. Thanks to the implementation the organization gains the ability to permanent improvement of its functioning and the quality of its products/service that is leading to the client demand satisfaction.
