QUANTUM-WAVE NATURE OF ELECTRIC CURRENT IN A METALLIC CONDUCTOR AND SOME OF ITS ELECTROPHYSICAL MACRO-PHENOMENA
Journal Title: Електротехніка і Електромеханіка - Year 2014, Vol 0, Issue 4
Abstract
The paper presents results of theoretical and experimental research on wave longitudinal and radial distribution of drifting free electrons in a round homogeneous metallic conductor with a pulse axial current. The studies reveal quantum-wave character of electric conduction current flow in the conductor examined, which results in a phenomenon of quantized periodic macro-localization of free electrons in the conductor inner structure.

DETERMINATION OF DIRECTION TO RECONSTRUCTION OF GROUNDING SYSTEM
Purpose. In paper the most efficient and economical way for bringing the grounding system of power facilities into compliance with requirements of normative parameters was determined. Methodology. The determination was b...
SHIELDING OF A UNIFORM ALTERNATING MAGNETIC FIELD USING A CIRCULAR PASSIVE LOOP
The magnetic and electromagnetic shields are used to reduce the magnetic field in local spaces. Usually these shields are implemented in the form of a box or a cylinder. At the same time the magnetic field reduction in l...
DECREASE IN THE DAMAGE OF POWERFUL TURBOGENERATOR STATOR CAUSED BY VIBRATION IN THE END ZONES (ANALYSIS, HYPOTHESES, EXPERIMENT)
The analysis of the turbogenerators’ TВВ-1000-2Y3 failure has shown that the most vulnerable link in the stator is such of their elements as tightening prisms, the teeth of the end packet core, lead-out and connecting bu...
STABILITY AND ACCURACY OF THE ROBUST SYSTEM FOR STABILIZING THE ROTOR FLUX-LINKAGE OF AN ASYNCHRONOUS ELECTRIC DRIVE AT RANDOM VARIATIONS OF THE UNCERTAIN PARAMETERS WITHIN THE SPECIFIED BOUNDARIES
Purpose. The aim is to investigate the stability and the accuracy of a robust system for stabilizing the rotor flux-linkage of an asynchronous electric drive at random variations of the uncertain parameters of the object...
LOW VOLTAGE NETWORKS INSULATION MONITORING WITH TWO AND THREE VOLTMETER READOUTS METHODS
Purpose. In the paper there are described methods of two and three voltmeter readouts for insulation resistance periodic measurement in live DC and AC/DC IT networks. A new measuring method for AC/DC networks is proposed...
