Questions about the goals, functions and tasks of self-regulatory organizations

Abstract
In the article the purpose, functions, tasks of self-regulatory organizations are examined at the present stage. It is concluded that self-regulatory organizations are in fact obliged to consolidate and implement certain public functions and tasks along with a purely private purpose of their activities. The essence of regulative, guarding and controlling functions and corresponding tasks assigned to self-regulatory organizations is disclosed.
