QUESTIONS OF THE QUALITY OF THE ACTIVITY OF TEACHERS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF UKRAINE IN THE POSTWAR YEARS

Abstract
The bases and the first attempts of solving the problems of evaluation the quality of high school teachers’ professional activity of Ukraine in a difficult post-war period are described. It was founded out, that during the investigated period the questions of quality of teachers’ activity and the raise of level their certification training very were actively discussed at the meeting, and, as a result, a great number of legal documents were adopted by the rulers of the country with the aim to solve the problem. Evaluation was viewed in the contest of analyses the quality of higher school teachers’ preparation to work. It was proved, that much was done on the improvement of scientific and methodological work of the teaching staff
