Rationale for the use of electronic means of academic appointment in inclusive mathematical education

Abstract
. The article proves the urgency of the problem of creating for the students of a basic school with limited health opportunities of the educational environment, which is for them the least restrictive and most encompassing in the educational process of the main school, and at the same time allowing them to master mathematics at a level sufficient for their further profes-sional Self-determination. The factors that determine the problem are discussed, ways of solving this problem are proposed by developing a methodology for the integrated use of electronic means for educational purposes in inclusive mathematical education using the methods of heu-ristic mathematics teaching. It is substantiated that one of the priority directions in the education of children with disabilities is the implementation of inclusive education, which implies equal access to education for all students, taking into account the diversity of special educational needs and individual opportunities, which provides access to education for children with disa-bilities. Under the electronic means for educational purpose (EMEP) one understands the edu-cational tool that realizes the capabilities of IT tools and is aimed at achieving the following goals: providing educational information with the tools of multimedia, hypermedia, hypertext, etc .; Feedback from the user in interactive interaction; Automating the monitoring of learning outcomes and progress in the teaching; Automation of the processes of information and method-ical support of the educational process and organizational management of the educational insti-tution.
