Readiness of the organization to engage employees in the process of creating and implementing strategies

Abstract

The article describes the issue of maturity of the organization, including its employees, to participate in the creation and implementation of strategy. In particular, it points out the importance of this aspect, and also indicates the potential consequences of actions aimed at ensuring the conditions conducive to strategic maturity. The aim of the paper is to summarize the reasons why it is important to recommend po-tential opportunities of engaging employees in the process of strategic management. It seems that the concept of participation can be one of many topics worth including in the ongoing debate on the future and boundaries of this process. This is especially relevant in the context of the opportunity created by the knowledge that allows you to just use the theoretical and practical implications in building and maintaining a competitive advantage.The author also presents the conclusions of the study, which includes the implementation of the concept of involvement of employees, focusing primarily on the aspect of participa-tory advancement, defined as the organizations readiness to involve employees in the strate-gic management process.
