REAL ESTATE VALUATION ERROR DETERMINATION BASED ON FURTHER TRANSACTIONS PRICES

Abstract
The article behaves to the real estate independent valuation. On the basis of foreign sources example analysis in the article methodology of evaluation result uncertainty degree is determinated, obtained through its objective quantitative indexes of a difference between the assets appraised value and its further purchase-sale transaction price. Interpretation of these results is executed. Some possibilities to provide an opportunity to increase the reliability of independent expert valuation results are analyzed. Practical recommendations in relation to further researches priority directions are offered.
