Recognizing the Restrictions for Spectators to Attend on Football Stadiums

Abstract
The Research is mainly aimed to recognize the restrictions for spectators to attend on football stadiums. The descriptive- correlationalon field study technique was used. The statistical population of the research includes all spectators of Foolad-e-Khoozestan and Esteghlale Sanati-e-Khoozestan football teams (N=7000), of these 4500 were the fans of Foolad-e-Khoozestan and 2500 were the fans of Esteghlale Sanati-e-Khoozestan. Statistical Sample was determined using Morgan table and the sample size was determined 364. The Kim and Trail balanced questionnaire (2010) was the main tool used to gather the information which was studied by some of sport management professors after translating to Persian language and re-comparing to its origin language. Being reviewed and modified to be justifiable, formal and content, the questionnaire was confirmed.Its reliability was determined using Cronbach’s alpha correlation coefficient (R=% 90). Friedman rank test was used to analyze the data. The results showed that concerning the significance level of 0.05, the most important restrictions of spectators to attend on stadiums are : 1. My family do not like to go to watch a football game. 2. If my favorite football team is in the bottom half of the table, I do not want to go the stadium. 3. No one comes with me to the stadium to watch the game. Such information finally helps clubs managers to recognize the restrictions and consider the appropriate solutions.Being aware about the restrictions the spectators are facing with, the clubs managers could remove the restrictions, which will result to spectators to attend more on stadiums.
