Reflectance of radon anomalies in magnetic field and tectonic elements of Belarus
Journal Title: Геофизический журнал - Year 2016, Vol 38, Issue 5
Abstract
Regularities connecting radon anomalies in soil air of cover deposits of different genesis with magnetic anomalies and tectonic elements of Belarus have been indirectly determined through genetic types of Quaternary deposits. It is noted that the intensity of radon anomalies increases with transition to the tectonic structures subjected to multi-step processes of activation. Linearly stretched radon anomalies correlate with the deep faults of lithosphere.

A thermobaric mechanism for the formation of low velocity zones in the crystalline crust of the northwestern Black Sea shelf: a new type of traps for abiogenic methane
Seismic studies of the NW Black Sea shelf have delineated low-velocity zones (LVZs) in the crystalline crust at depths of 6—16 km. For the first time, this paper presents a novel thermodynamic mechanism for their formati...
Reservoir filling triggered seismicity. Superposition of direct and indirect local geological environmental effects
Geophysical fields of depressed zone of reservoir with size and duration of existence caused by distance of action and cycles of fields are examined. Analysis of influence of microseisms and local climate of reservoirs h...
Review of the data on strain fields of Mesozoides of Northeast of Asia obtained by kinematic method
Reconstruction has been made, the data have been summarized and analyzed, which characterize the strain fields of different areas of Mesozoides of Northeast of Asia (Verkhoyano-Kolymian folded area). Strain fields of the...
East Mountain Crimea strain fields of different age
Actual data of kinematic analysis have been given, reconstruction and discrimination of strain fields with respect to the stage of main folding within the limits of the East Mountain Crimea have been fulfilled. The field...
The experience of comparing the variations of the induction vector in magnetically conjugate points
Processing was performed and graphs of induction vector change were obtained from 1991—2005 to 2014 on 12 pairs of magnetically conjugated observatories located on all continents and some islands in the geomagnetic latit...
