Abstract
In thi s study author described the functiona l relationship between the larynx and upp er gastroint estinal tract, pathological changes in laryn x and main comp laints in patients with laryn gopharyngeal refl ux. On the basis of many years' personal experi ence, author described phoniatric procedures in patients with laryngopharyng eal reflux.
