REFORMATION OF THE SYSTEM OF REALIZATION OF SOCIAL DEFENCE OF THE POPULATION IN TERMS OF DEEPENING GLOBALIZATION

Abstract
The article analyzes the key vectors of reforming the system of social protection of the population of Ukraine against the backdrop of globalization processes. The analysis of expenditures of the state and local budgets is presented in order to identify the impacts of decentralization processes on the social sphere. The social indicators are analyzed and the tendency of saving of budget funds on human potential development is revealed. The preconditions and factors of unemployment and labor migration are revealed in response to the imbalance in the state employment policy. The analytical and critical analysis of pension and medical reforms, reorganization of social insurance funds is carried out. The conclusion about the prospects of reforming the system of social protection of the population in the format of increasing the indicators of quality of life of the population and raising its social standards.
