REFORMING ORGANIZATIONAL BASES OF THE PROSECUTOR OF UKRAINE: BASIC PROBLEMS AND OBJECTIVES

Abstract
The article deals with the main directions and tasks of reforming the organizational principles of the Office of Public Prosecutor of Ukraine in order to form the system of principles of organization of the prosecutor's office. To this end, the following directions of reformation of the prosecutor's office are analyzed: changes in the structure of the prosecutor's offices of Ukraine and its staffing, the introduction of competitive principles for the employment of prosecutors, strengthening of social standards for prosecutors, the creation of a specialized anti-corruption prosecutor's office, and the establishment of a public prosecutor's office. It was concluded that such directions led to the emergence of new, mainly organizational, principles of the prosecutor's office, in particular, such as the principle of competitive principles for occupying posts of prosecutors, the principle of the functions of the prosecutor exclusively by the prosecutor, the principle of prosecutor's self-government, etc.
