CONCEPT AND TYPES OF EXCHANGE VALUES

Abstract
In this scientific article, the essence and content of the concept of currency values. Classification of currency values is carried out. The author argues that social relations are associated with the circulation of coins made of precious metals and the circulation of securities that certify property rights – in particular, shares are by nature not monetary, and therefore it is inappropriate to refer coins made of precious metals and securities expressing property rights expressed in national and foreign currencies to the term „currency values”, which in turn requires the corresponding changes in the current legislation, in particular, to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Raina „On Currency Regulation and Control”.
