REGARDING ATTRACTION OF FOREIGN INVESTMENT INTO RECREATIONAL AREA IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article focuses on the essence of foreign investment into recreational area. The term “foreign investments in the area of recreational activity” іs formulated based on the analysis of theoretical provisions and current legislation of Ukraine. The article provides recommendations about the improvement of present regulatory framework with the purpose of attraction of foreign investments in the field of recreational activity in Ukraine.
