REGARDING CRIMINAL PROCEDURAL IMMUNITY

Abstract
The article is devoted research to criminal procedural immunity, analyzed the ex- isting approaches to its definition and legal nature, defines the notion of this Institute and its component parts and its reflection in the current criminal procedure code of Ukraine.
