Abstract
The Article reads the study of Administrative Law components of public-private partnership institute. The Article exposures of the linkages of different institutes and sub branches of Administrative Law to legal relationships in the framework of Public-Private Partnership, as a complex legal institute. The Article outlines the relations between the contracts executed in the framework of Public-Private Partnership and Administrative Contracts Institute.
