REGARDING THE ISSUE OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN SCIENTIFIC SPHERE OF HIGHER SCHOOL

Abstract
The analysis of scientific research proved the fact that the professional training of specialists, whose professional knowledge, skills, ideologies, beliefs, creativity and professional flexibility are formed, is becoming a priority within the system of modern higher education. The orientation of higher education on the formation of an innovative professional type of creative personality who is capable of implementing educational standards requires a thorough organization of holistic professional training, updating of the content, means, methods and forms of future specialists training. Accordingly, the initiated study of the Ukrainian-language training targeted to the future foreign specialists in technical specialties creates the need to clarify the ambiguous understanding of the concept «professional training». The concept «professional training» is quite complex in its structure and requires a detailed description. The logic of the research requires clarifying the essence of the key concept «training» and its results: preparedness, readiness and competence, through which the teaching and upbringing process in higher education institutions is analyzed according to the tradition of the cognitive-pedagogical approach. It is determined that, despite some differences in the interpretation of the concept «training», there is a general characteristic of training as a form of human activity which is the primary and indispensable condition for any successful activity. We believe that training is a multicomponent process aimed at forming and improving knowledge, skills, abilities alongside with acquiring the necessary competencies, which ensures the qualitative socialization of an individual. Readiness for professional activity is interpreted as a result and a condition for the successful performance of professional duties which include moral, psychological and professional components and is realized in activities together with the acquisition of experience; it is formed in the process of professional training. Preparedness, in our opinion, is the availability of training in any deeds, work or property and state of a trained person which is the result of consistent training and it determines a possible implementation level correlated with the purpose of an activity. Taking into consideration the interpretation specificity of the concepts «competency» and «competence» as well as the prevailing tendency of most Western scholars to equate them, the category competency / competence is understood as one which contains knowledge, skills, ideas, program of actions, a system of value orientations including the communicative, cognitive, motivational, ethical, social, operational, technological components, which, according to a particular sequence of their formation and degree of their manifestation, ensure the effective activity of an individual in a team Thus, the analysis of theoretical experience in the field of research of professional training allows us to draw a conclusion that professional training is a complex and multifaceted process, involving a system of substantive and organizational activities, which implies the acquisition of professional knowledge, skills and development of personal qualities of the future specialist (mobility, competitiveness), capable of continuous self-improvement in the process of acquiring experience in order to fulfill educational and professional tasks successfully.
