Regimul de notificare și autorizare în activitatea operatorilor de transport rutier

Abstract
Les réalités juridiques de la République de Moldova montrent que la législation sur le transport est incomplète et comporte plusieurs lacunes. La plus difficile est la situation dans les transports routiers. Récemment, ont été approuvés des changements au Code des transports routiers ajusté à la législation de l’Union européenne. Les modifications effectués au Code change le système de transport dans notre pays, notamment l’activité d’octroi de l’autorisation. Sur la base de la „sélection naturelle”, les petites entreprises vont disparaître, laissant place aux plus viables et de perspective.
