Regulation of incomes as a factor of the population life quality ensuring

Abstract
The aim of the article is to study the problems of income regulation in the context of the of population life quality ensuring. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following general and specific research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, dialectical approach. Findings. The article is devoted to certain aspects of the formation and regulation of incomes in the context of social dialogue, decent work and its pay, quality of life. We consider the definition of "quality of life" from different scientific viewpoints, analyzes the dynamics of the number of employed persons, labor mobility, wage status and compliance with collective-contractual regulation of social and labor relations. Practical value. Proposed aspects of income regulation will contribute to ensuring social dialogue, decent work and its payment, improving of the population life quality.
