Regulations of financial market. Praxeology aspects
Journal Title: Zarządzanie i Finanse - Year 2015, Vol 13, Issue 3
Abstract
The goal of the regulators should be the country’s financial security; after all, it is a public good. The analysis of making law indicates that at present one should change the approach to the regulatory processes in the economy. The growing number and scope of regulations in the financial market is already considered over-regulated; it makes legal risk bigger and compliance more difficult. The social consultations of legal acts seem insufficient. In Poland, making law is in practice not always compliant with the recommendations of the theory of making law and the rules of praxeology, and Polish examples of dysfunctions of market regulations are the best evidence of this situation.
