Reikšmingos nuostatų kategorijos tobulinant projektų valdymą aukštojoje mokykloje

Abstract
Aukštosios mokyklos strateginių tikslų įgyvendinimui pasitelkia projektus, jų valdymas greta pagrindinių procesų tampa ne tik instrumentiniu, bet ir socialiniu procesu. Straipsnis parengtas naudojant 2013 m. atlikto ir magistro darbe ,,Projektų valdymas įgyvendinant organizacijos strateginius tikslus: Šiaulių universiteto atvejis“ pristatyto tyrimo medžiagą, kurią apdorojus turinio analizės metodu ir programa ,,NVIVO 10“, išskirtos kategorijos, leidžiančios numatyti projektų valdymo tobulinimo galimybes aukštojoje mokykloje.
