RELATIONSHIP CONTROL IN THE SPHERE OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY: A CONCEPTUAL AND LEGAL ASPECT

Abstract
The concept, features and essence of control as a complex category of economic and legal nature and relevant legal relations are analyzed. The practical manifestation of control is the carrying out of control activity which is inherent in independent factors, including the subject-object structure taking into with the latest changes in the current legislation and international standards. The content of these legal relationships is the control of the relevant authorized entities in order to verify the legality and legitimacy of any economic entity regardless of itsorganizational and legal form and ownership.
