RELIGIOUS AND LEGAL FEATURES OF THE LEGAL STATUS OF WOMEN OF THE CRIMEAN TATAR NATIONALITY FROM 1939 TO 1995

Abstract
The article is devoted to the coverage of religious features of the legal status of women of the Crimean Tatars. The legal status of women of the Crimean Tatars during the period of occupation of the territory of Crimea by the German troops and the features of the religious legal status during the period of deportation are described. The features of removal of registration of women of Crimean Tatars of special settlers in 1995 were investigated.
