Remarks on the Subjectivity of Juveniles

Abstract

The article deals with the subjectivity, subjectivity in the context of children who have found themselves in a collision with the law. The author draws attention to various meanings of subjectivity terms at the junction of various disciplines of social, legal and philosophical sciences. The issue of children’s responsibility and sense of responsibility for social relations and respect for the law is raised. There were also discussed problems concerning the subjectivity of minors in court proceedings and Polish practices of restorative justice. The author presents postulates to introduce changes in the law for minors.
