REPRESENTATION OF THE MONEY CONCEPT ON THE PHRASEOLOGICAL LEVEL IN ENGLISH (ON THE MATERIAL OF THE EXPLANATORY AND PHRASEOLOGICAL DICTIONARIES OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE)

Abstract
The article focuses on the features of the MONEY concept at the phraseological level in English. The phraseological units with the component-denomination of money are considered in the most detail, because they play an important role in the English language, namely on the phraseological level. Accordingly, these phraseological units can be divided into such groups as: phraseological units for the expression of wealth, for expressing costs, our own feelings and views, our attitude towards money, and those who express poverty or lack of money. In the end, it was discovered that the phraseological units for designating money in English most clearly and figuratively attribute to individuals, objects and phenomena of reality.
