REPRESENTATIVENESS OF AMBIENT TEMPERATURE DATA IN URBAN AREA

Abstract
The analysis of data from temperature variations obtained in urban area (Mykolayiv) is given. In the university experimental complex sensors for temperature measurement were placed in different conditions. It was found that even the most shaded sensors on the territory show temperature different from the one that is given by the weather station in the suburbs. The degree of influence that placement has on the measured temperature is assessed. Criteria to select the most representative ambient temperature data row of those measured at several points are given.
