Abstract
Are investigated гистофизиологические features of changes of structure and function melanotsytostimulate cages of an intermediate share of a hypophysis of rats, various age under condition of chronic influence нитратной an intoxication and methionine. It is established that depending on duration of receipt to an organism of nitrates in a complex with methionine, dynamics of changes of structure and function melanotrops cages gradually decreases. In 90-daily allowances of animals after chronic action of nitrates and methionine in intermediate shares of a hypophysis it is marked reduction of volumes melanotrops cages of their kernels and kernels but with restoration of signs of normalisation гистофизиологического conditions of gland with gradual приближениям above the told indicators to level интактных animals.
